[CGC] Draft Resolution Presented at Work Session

Jerry Schram presented a draft resolution to expand the Town Council to five 
members at the 5/11 Work Session.  On the CGC website 
(cgc.centreville-md.net) there is a copy of the draft resolution, a letter 
to the editor written by Andi Morony, and a link to some comments about the 
worksession by Mary McCarthy.

neighboring areas in a manner that preserves the quality of life now and for 
future generations.
