 MEETINGS:

The Constant Yield hearing will be held Thursday, June 1st at 6:30 pm at the 
Goodwill Fire Department 1st floor meeting room. This is part of the process 
for determining our property tax rate for the coming year.

The Town Council will meet afterwards at 7:00 pm. Included on the agenda is 
an appearance by Sveinn Storm concerning the recent water main break/spill 
on North Commerce Street, First Readings of the FY 2007 Budget and a FY 2006 
Budget Amendment, and a schedule for consideration of the Draft Charter 
Amendment changing the number of Council Members.

WHAT'S NEW on the CGC web site:

The Town's codes and ordinances related to building and building 
maintenance.

A sewer capacity "thermometer" has been created.
