[CGC] Several Reports from MDE

As a result of a PIA request, the following reports were obtained and posted 
on the CGC website:

- Spray Field Monitor Well report from April 2006
- MDE Field Inspection reports from May 2006 to September 2006
- MDE Spill Reports from Summer 2006
- MDE Field Inspection reports from August 2005 to March 2006
- A copy of the current Ground Water Discharge Permit

And don't forget about these meetings:

- There will be a joint US Army Corp of Engineers / MD SHA public hearing 
concerning the US 301/MD 304 Interchange on Wednesday October 18th at 6:00 
at the QAC High School.  Here is a copy of the public notice.

- The next Planning Commission Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday October 
18th at 7:00 pm in the Health Department Building on N. Commerce St.  Among 
other items, a  Sketch Plan for Proposed Assisted Living Facility on the 
Lands of Hillside Enterprises, LLC and Proposed Amendments to Centreville's 
Critical Area Program will be presented.

- The next Town Council meeting is scheduled for Thursday October 19th  at 
7:00 pm in the Goodwill Fire Department 1st floor meeting room.
