[CGC] Whitehill Requests Expansion of Growth Area

Michael Whitehill, representing the William E. Gardner family and the 
Gardner Family Trust, requests that the farms to the south and east of 
Symphony Village, under contract by Thomas Sperl, be included in the growth 
area proposed under the revised Comprehensive Plan. Their proposal calls for 
700 housing units to be built on these two farms.

They also request that the Wilson Farm on Tanyard road be used for the spray 
irrigation of the Town's treated wastewater.
